Webinar FAQs

  • You must register for the webinar in addition to purchasing the webinar. Webinar instructions are offered as a download link during the final phase of the checkout process.
  • To avoid any problems, purchase the webinar in advance and register at least two hours prior to the webinar start time.
  • There are extensive instructions on the website and emails with details for how to register. http://www.greatrecruitertraining.com/webinars
  • We don’t offer phone support for webinars.

  • The entire process is automated. Once you register, you will get automatic updates from the webinar platform - GoToWebinar. Didn't receive an update? The most common problem is a misspelled email address.
  • We can email buyers the registration instructions if they missed them during the order process for some reason (purchase must be verified).
  • We don’t respond to last minute emails about the webinar (within 1 hour of the live event). 
  • All webinars are recorded and sent to the attendees within 24-48 hours of the live event. They get to keep the recording and presentation (there is no time limit to the recording).
  • If someone waits until the last minute to purchase and then can’t figure out how to register, they can rest assured that they will still receive the recording.
  • We don’t offer refunds for webinars (unless you accidentally purchase multiple copies).
