Activity Tracking Sheet   Excel Template   PDF Document    One of the most helpful tools you can use is a big-picture tracking sheet, something like what's on this link that gives you a bird's-eye view of your desk.  You need to have a single-glance tool that tells you which candidates are at what part of the process with each client.  Although I use a search-specific software program to manage my database of contacts, I prefer using this manual excel spreadsheet to track my activity.
